How do I know my size?

Each garment includes detailed measurements in the product description. If you need more help, feel free to send us a WhatsApp message or email us at info@estelarcaribe.com — we’ll be happy to answer all your questions.

 

What materials do you use?

Our collections are made from Linen or Cotton, depending on the piece — both are high-quality materials carefully selected by our designer.

 

Where do you produce the clothes?

All our garments are designed and produced in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, by our local team. Skilled artisans with years of experience create each piece with love. At Estelar Caribe, we’re committed to fair trade.

 

How much is shipping?

Rates vary depending on your country and the weight of your order. Here’s a general overview:

  • Mexico: Domestic shipping from $0 to $400 MXN (approx. $0 to $21 USD).

  • United States: From $600 to $2,800 MXN (approx. $32 to $148 USD), depending on order value and weight.

  • Latin America & the Caribbean: From $800 to $1,000 MXN (approx. $42 to $53 USD).

  • Canada, Europe, Australia & the rest of the world: From $1,200 to $1,800 MXN (approx. $63 to $95 USD).

Note: USD prices are approximate and may vary according to the exchange rate of the day.

 

Delivery times according to service:

Mexican Post Office: 40 to 90 days

FedEx : 8 to 10 days

What if my order arrives and it’s not the right size?

No worries — you can come to the workshop and exchange it for the correct size if the product cndition are the same as when you recieve it .

If you make a mistake send the product back to us and we’ll exchange it for another size. If your size is not available, you can choose a different product.

  • You pay for shipping from and to your location.

If the mistake was from our side we will send you the correct one .
