Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, make it known by e-mailing to resolve whichever discrepancy.
You have 10 days after receiving your purchase to request an exchange or online credit for which you will need a previous authorization from Estelar through e-mail. Returns will not be accepted without a previous authorization through e-mail.
Returns
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
The timespan to realize an exchange will range from 3 to 12 business days upon receiving the returned product.
Have in mind that there are no refunds.
If by chance you have received a defective item that does not resemble your purchase, the shipping cost for the return will be refunded, (provided that the shipment is made through a public post office such as Correos de Mexico and not with a private parcel company), for which proof of the shipping cost will need to be provided within the package. Upon verifying the conditions of the garments, you will be informed about the shipment bonus and its corresponding retribution.
